One: Motorcycle scrapping standards

(four) the fuel consumption of motorcycles exceeds 20% of the value specified in the ex-factory standard of displacement vehicles determined by the national announcement.
(five) after repair and adjustment, it still can not meet the requirements of the national "technical conditions for motor vehicle operation safety".
(six) after the repair and adjustment or the adoption of emission control technology, the exhaust pollution or noise still exceeds the national or local emission standards.
Two: Motorcycle Delayed Scrapping Provisions
(a) All two-wheeled motorcycles that have reached the service life or accumulated mileage need not be approved if the owner requests to postpone scrapping. Daling Motor Vehicle Inspection Station, Cheng Gui Road Motor Vehicle Inspection Station, Sun Wen East Road Motor Vehicle Inspection Station, Shaxi Dufu Motor Vehicle Inspection Station, Xiaolan Henghai Motor Vehicle Inspection Station, Xiaolan Town Motor Vehicle Inspection Station, tanzhou town Motor Vehicle Inspection Station, Nansan Motorcycle Inspection Station, Sanxiang Baishi Motorcycle Inspection Station and Guzhen Motorcycle Inspection Station authorized by the Provincial Traffic Police Corps can undertake the inspection work. Owners can freely choose any of the above inspection stations for motorcycle online inspection and periodic inspection and signature.
(two) after testing in line with the national "motor vehicle operation safety technical conditions", you can continue to use, but not more than three years, twice a year (that is, once every six months). Three. Provisions on scrapping and updating of motorcycles
(a) Owners of registered motorcycles may purchase new motorcycles for registration every time they scrap them under the regulations.
(two) the renewal period of scrapped motorcycles is one year (tentative), and they will be automatically scrapped after the deadline (counting from the date when the nationally recognized scrapped automobile recycling enterprises issue the Certificate of Scrapped Automobile Recycling).
(three) the updated motorcycle shall not be registered for transfer within three years.
(four) the motorcycle and all three-wheeled motorcycles registered by the unit are not allowed to be updated after being scrapped.
Four: motorcycle scrapping update procedures
(1) If the registered motorcycle meets the scrapping standards stipulated by the state or needs to be scrapped, the owner himself shall carry the motor vehicle driving license, motor vehicle registration certificate, valid identity documents (household registration book and ID card) and a clear copy, and submit them together with the scrapped motorcycle to Zhongshan Material Recycling Co., Ltd..
(2) The material recycling company shall assist in filling in the application form for registration of motor vehicle stop, recovery/cancellation, submit it to the owner for confirmation and signature, print the engine and driver numbers, and collect the motorcycle number plate, motor vehicle driving license, motor vehicle registration certificate, motor vehicle stop, recovery/cancellation registration application form and the original owner's identity certificate (ID card, household registration book), which shall be copied by the recycling company and signed by the owner himself. And issue a receipt to the owner to be scrapped. If it needs to be updated, fill in the owner's name, contact number and detailed address on the stub of "Motorcycle Scrap Update Todo List", and then send the information together with the license plate to the file unit acceptance window of the vehicle management office.
(III) Scrapped motorcycles do not conform to the records registered in the archives, or accidents and violations are not handled, so they cannot drive back to the registered place for some reason and need to be scrapped in different places, which shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of Articles 4 and 5 of the Zhongshan Motor Vehicle Scrapping Management Work Plan.
(4) The owner shall go through the formalities of cancellation of taxes and fees with the Certificate of Recycling Scrapped Cars, the Certificate of Scrapping Motor Vehicles and the To-Do List of Scrapped Motorcycles, and then purchase a four-stroke motorcycle with the engine displacement of more than 90C and less than 200C which is listed in the Announcement of National Vehicle Manufacturers and Products and approved by the municipal environmental protection department. And go to the vehicle purchase office to handle the vehicle purchase additional tax collection procedures, according to the date specified in the to-do list of scrapped motorcycles.
