Wuxi Municipal Price Bureau has formulated the benchmark standard, floating range or highest charging standard of tomb building fee. The "Measures" stipulate that the tomb building fees for single caves with an area of less than 0.7 square meters and double caves with an area of less than 1 square meter shall be formulated by the Municipal Price Bureau. Traditional tombs have a single hole of 4,300 yuan and a double hole of 5,000 yuan, which can float up and down by 20% according to the position and orientation, including the expenses of foundation (granite ground), tomb entrance, stone tablet, cloud pillar, stone lion, greening, tomb certificate and so on. According to the different materials and environment, the floating range of craft tombs does not exceed 150% of the traditional base price, including greening and tomb certificate fees. Graves exceeding 1 square meter must be approved by the civil affairs department, and the price department at the same level shall formulate the standard of tomb building fee and report it to the Municipal Price Bureau for the record. The highest standard for building a lawn tomb is 2,500 yuan for a single hole and 3,000 yuan for a double hole. The construction cost of a tree burial tomb is up to 2,000 yuan for a single hole and 2,500 yuan for a double hole. Burial expenses are generally in 80 yuan for each hole, and 800 yuan for each hole according to Hui customs. The tomb protection fee is 10 yuan per square meter per year (less than 1 square meter is 1 square meter), including management fee and greening fee. The engraving fee is regardless of size, and each word is 3 yuan. The difference between the purchase and sale of supporting small commodities shall not exceed 35%. The ashes storage fee should be approved according to different types.
The "Measures" also stipulate that all cemetery service units shall publicize the charging items and standards, and apply to the price department for a "Charging Permit" before charging. The new regulations will be implemented from June 65438+1 October1.
