Today, Liujiaqiao, like a beautiful lady, is surrounded by mountains. There are four well-preserved ancient residential communities in Ming and Qing Dynasties, with more than 2,000 rooms, which are simple and elegant, scattered and scattered, integrating green hills, beautiful water, bamboo, ancient trees, plank roads, covered bridges and countryside. Liu Jiaqiao's ancestors ruled four dynasties (Western Han Dynasty, Eastern Han Dynasty, Shu Han Dynasty and Southern Song Dynasty) from Liu Bang, the emperor of Han Dynasty, and 36 emperors ruled China for 5 1 1 year, accounting for a quarter of the whole feudal dynasty. At present, nearly 9,000 people of the Liu family in Liujiaqiao live together, naturally forming a huge Han royal group. This rare living discovery of Han descendants has brought shock to Hubei, China and even the whole world!
Liujiaqiao, a "Pengcheng Family" and a "Mozhuang Family", will be the world-famous Royal Village in Dahan, China after becoming emperor!
Ten kilometers south of Xianning, there is an ancient residential community named Liujiaqiao Village that has lived for four centuries.
Here, surrounded by green hills, clear springs flowing, groups of ancient houses, flying bridges and flowing water, towering old trees and beautiful scenery.
Liujiaqiao Village was founded in Chongzhen of Ming Dynasty for three years, and has been bred for eighteen generations. According to legend, Liu Yongmou, the 53rd generation of Liu Jiaojiao, was the half-brother of Liu Bang, the Emperor Gaozu of Han Dynasty. He once followed Zhu Yuanzhang, the Emperor Taizu of Ming Dynasty, and served as the vice president of his subordinates. After the world was settled, Liu Yongmou was ordered to guard Yuezhou. Hongwu retired after eleven years of illness, and returned to Tianbao, Ruizhou, Jiangxi, accompanied by his son Liu. Passing through Xianning, he died unfortunately in Baisha. The coffin was placed in the local village of Bao Fang, and then moved to Liu Temple for burial. Wuqi, Liu Yuan, settled in Liuci Village and started a business. In the 1960s, Liu Bochang accidentally discovered that Liujiaqiao was surrounded by mountains, and there was a large clearing in the middle, like a gourd. The land was fertile, and a small river flowed through it, which was a treasure trove of geomantic omen. I brought my youngest son, Liu Ruhe, to start a business here. Build an old house, a factory (for bamboo and hemp paper making), Gao He school and a stone arcade bridge. Later, Liu Shihong, the second son of Liu Ruhe, spent money to build a new house, and then Liu Dahei, the great grandson of Liu Shihong, spent money to build a new house, which was completed in the 13th year of Daoguang in Qing Dynasty.
Liujiaqiao has four ancient dwellings with a total area of 35,000 square meters. There are 740 large and small houses, 38 corridors and 54 patios. There are covered bridges and wooden bridges (changed to stone arch bridges in 1970s). Liu used two bridges and a stone road to connect four houses and schools into a whole. Old houses are all stepped buildings from bottom to top, while others are built by mountains and rivers. The architectural style is basically the same, and the architectural model of ancient manor in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Houses are two-story buildings, with several floors inside, stone benches, stone gullies and stone patios. The hall is very high, with huge beams passing through, carved beams and painted buildings. Rooms are connected, rooms are connected, corridors are connected, and alleys in the depths of the corridors are tortuous. It can be described as "going to the secluded room and suspecting the wall, pushing the door and seeing the heavy court." Outside the house, the blue bricks reach the eaves, and the stone doors and windows are stone roads. The roof is covered with blue tiles, and the stacked walls extend obliquely. From the outside, the gates are rigorous, high walls stand, overlooking the roof, and the houses are endless and spectacular.
Especially the covered bridge in Liu Jia, which spans the Bai Quan River, has a single hole, an arch and a stone foundation. The bridge is covered with a corridor, and the beams in the corridor are carved with dragons, phoenixes and gossip. The roof is paved with blue tiles, and the two sides of the bridge body are made of blue bricks to form a two-meter-high square hole lattice retaining wall, and benches are built in the wall. In the past, there were stoves, wooden tea barrels and small bamboo tea at the eastern end of the bridge. Throughout the year, villagers take turns to burn tea for pedestrians to drink for free. Shops along the river on the west side of the bridge can eat, live and shop. Ancient and modern times are the main passages from Tongshan, Jiangxi to Hankou, Xianning, and the covered bridges are very lively. From a distance, the covered bridge in Liu Jia is simple and elegant, lush, with several ancient willows, and a leisurely Bai Quan reflects light and is full of poetry and painting. As a couplet on the covered bridge said: "The ancient road of Shuixiu Mountain is wrapped in ink, and the peak turns to a small bridge, flying to Liu Jia Bridge."
Liujiaqiao is a famous scholarly family in history, and it is known as "the first place in Mozhuang". Liu Ruhe's ancestor's name was Yin Gao. There is a family motto: "I don't want wealth, I want my children and grandchildren to be virtuous." He attaches great importance to educating the next generation. After the old house and factory were built, he built Gaohe School for future generations to familiarize themselves with German books. According to preliminary statistics, there are dozens of families in Liujiaqiao. Before the Republic of China, there were 2 juren, 4 Gong Sheng, 6 Yao Sheng and 23 scholars. During the Xianfeng period, Gong Sheng Liu and Yao Sheng, who were familiar with classics and knowledgeable, were awarded equal salaries by the state government. According to statistics, before the Cultural Revolution, there were more than 50 flats in Liujiaqiao Village. During the Cultural Revolution, more than 40 flats were destroyed, and now 15 is still preserved. Walking into Liujiatang, the flat forehead hangs high and the ancient rhyme still exists, which is a big landscape.
Liujiaqiao village is surrounded by mountains, and water passes through the village. Yamazaki is very beautiful, and the Bai Quan River has formed a simple, elegant and charming picture of peasant customs here-the river is clear and transparent, and fish, crabs and stone eels are clearly visible in the water; The riverside on both sides of the river is made of blue bricks, and the boulder in the residential area forms a wide laundry port; Build two stone dams to stop the river, forming a shame and presenting the waterfall in front of you; On the weir head, there is a waterwheel spinning leisurely, several women are wearing colorful dresses at the laundry entrance, a group of ducks are playing in the middle of the river, a farmer is standing on a bamboo board downstream, and several children are playing naked by the sandbar water. ...
Liujiaqiao village has always lived a self-sufficient pastoral life based on farming in history. It is also a scholarly family with simple folk customs and unique style. Up to now, there are still many tools used in ancient and modern times in the village, such as stone mill, pusher, spinning wheel, grinding trough, squeezing mill, sedan chair and bamboo sedan chair, which have been passed down from generation to generation. There are plows, rakes, windmills, waterwheels, flails, sun mats, baskets, bamboo rafts, stone mills, mortars, water mortars, hanging pots, fire ponds and so on. Many farmers also have ancestral closed beds, plush chairs, square tables and spring tables (books). The patterns on it are exquisitely carved, vivid and beautiful.
