According to the Ministry of Natural Resources’ “Notice on Accelerating the Confirmation and Registration of Use Rights for Homesteads and Collective Construction Lands”, it is necessary to basically complete the confirmation and registration of use rights for homesteads and collective construction lands across the country by the end of 2020. Before the end of 2021, all counties (cities, districts) across the country must complete the convergence work. In other words, basically you can get the homestead confirmation certificate by the end of 2021.
