1. Turn off the power supply and water supply: Before the water pump is repaired, it must be cut off to ensure safety.
2. Dismantle the water pump: according to the type and specific structure of the water pump, remove the shell, inlet and outlet pipes and other parts of the water pump to expose the internal parts such as the rotor and impeller.
3. Inspect the rotor for wear or damage: Carefully inspect the rotor surface for obvious wear, fracture or other damage. If problems are found, they may need to be repaired or replaced. At the same time, check whether the rotating parts are loose or worn.
4. Cleaning the rotor and impeller: Clean the surfaces of the rotor and impeller with proper detergent and brush to remove dirt, deposits or other impurities. Please be sure to clean it and dry it with a clean cloth.
5. Measuring rotor size: Measure the diameter, length and balance of the rotor with appropriate tools. Ensure that the rotor size meets the specified requirements, otherwise it may need to be repaired or replaced.
6. Repair or replace the rotor: If the rotor is damaged or worn, it may need to be repaired or replaced. Repairs usually include welding, grinding or recoating. If it cannot be repaired, a new rotor needs to be replaced.
7. Installation and debugging: Before putting the rotor back into the water pump, make sure it is clean and well coordinated with other components. After reinstalling the pump housing and water inlet and outlet pipes, reconnect the power supply and water source, and carry out start-up test and debugging to ensure the normal operation of the rotor.
