1. With regard to Nanning wuxiang new district 2020 planning, since Nanning, Guangxi Free Trade Zone, settled in wuxiang new district on August 26th, 20th19th, it has started to focus on developing modern service industries such as modern finance, smart logistics, digital economy and cultural media, vigorously developing emerging manufacturing industries, and building a core area of financial opening gateway facing ASEAN and an important node of new international land and sea trade channel.
2. On April 26th, 2020, after more than half a year's settlement in Nanning, the regulatory detailed planning for the start-up area of Nanning Modern Industrial Park was issued. According to the plan, the modern industrial park is located in Liangqing District, covering an area of more than 7,000 mu. Its development orientation is the cooperative development platform of southbound industries in Nanning area of Pilot Free Trade Zone and the industrial development and innovation base of "strong industries" in Nanning. In order to develop industry, the government has circled a large area of land in wuxiang new district. This is equivalent to officially announcing the direction of wuxiang new district's industrial development to the south.
3. From the industrial development track of Wuxiang, it is not difficult to find that the focus of the whole new district construction is "moving south". The last time the government explicitly released the signal of "going south" was at the fifth session of the 14th People's Congress of Nanning on May 9, 2020 and the fourth session of the 3rd People's Congress of Liangqing District of Nanning, China on May 16. The meeting revealed that wuxiang new district's development continued southward, and this round of "southward" urban pattern, development logic and development momentum all improved by more than one grade.
