Beitang District is located in the northwest of Wuxi City, covering an area of ??31.5 square kilometers and a population of about 350,000. It has jurisdiction over four sub-district offices: Huangxiang, Shanbei, Beidajie and Huishan.
Beitang, one of the central urban areas of Wuxi, the Pearl of Taihu Lake, has a superior geographical environment, convenient water and land transportation, a collection of historical sites, and a rich cultural heritage.
