The Historical Origin of Tulouchong Village in Linwu
Dachong Village is located in the resident of the former Dachong Township Government in Linwu County, which is connected with the township government. Ancestors are the twenty-eighth generation descendants of Gong Zheng. During the reign of Emperor Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty (AD 1680), he moved from Wangtian to Chonglijing Cave and lived in a shed. It is said that his chickens are released every morning and don't come back late, every day. So it was recognized that this place may be a treasure trove of geomantic omen, so it moved here and settled down, and it has been passed down to this day. Chongchong means flat land in the valley in the local dialect. Because the village is surrounded by mountains on three sides and there is a wide buffer zone in front, it is called Dachong, which is the historical origin of the village of Tulouchong in Linwu.
