Wu Jianfeng likes painting and calligraphy since childhood. 1979 graduated from Nanjing Art Institute. He studied freehand flower-and-bird painting under Mr. Chen Dayu, a master of Chinese painting, and was particularly obsessed with painting shrimps. After decades of hard exploration and cultivation, it has formed its own unique style, and its works are favored and collected by celebrities at home and abroad. "Lifelike, full of charm, with a light ink throw, painting as a whole, color infiltration, showing the feeling of crystal clear shrimp, vivid pen, showing the superb skill of painter Wu Jianfeng."

Appreciate Wu Jianfeng's works. His shrimp is clear and transparent, either complacent or indifferent. Or rough, violent, fierce. The two big claws waving show the brave and fearless side of shrimp to the fullest. China pursues the artistic realm of "harmony between man and nature" in order to achieve the perfect harmony between man and nature.

He knows the true meaning of China's painting art, and he learns from others, devotes himself to research and humbly asks for advice. While inheriting the previous techniques and essence of shrimp painting, it also pays attention to the discussion and tempering of its own style. In order to master the habits and characteristics of shrimp, he entered the shrimp market countless times and carefully observed the dynamics of shrimp. Others buy shrimp to taste delicious, and he buys shrimp for observation and research. Every time he buys back live shrimp, he will put it next to the painting to observe and carefully appreciate every change of shrimp.
