Jianye's earliest project in Xinyang was Jianye Forest Peninsula, and then there were four communities: No.1 Indianapolis, No.1 Nanhu and Jianye City. At present, the occupancy rate and reputation of these communities in Xinyang are quite good. At present, there are four new sites for sale in Xinyang, namely Jianye Zhongshan Upper House in Zhongshan Store, Jianye City and Jianye Chunli in Shihe South, Jianye Xinyang House and Jianye Tianzhu on Pingqiao Avenue, which are about to start construction.
Xinyang is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Henan Province, located at the junction of Hubei, Henan and Anhui provinces. It is the transition zone of geography and climate between the north and the south of China, and the fusion zone of Henan and Chu cultures. Xinyang connects east and west, connecting north and south.
