2. Thermostat

Thermostat is a valve that controls the flow path of coolant. It is an automatic temperature regulating device, which usually includes a temperature sensing element, which opens and closes the flow of air, gas or liquid through thermal expansion or contraction.

According to the temperature of cooling water, the water inflow is automatically adjusted to change the circulating range of water, so as to adjust the heat dissipation capacity of the cooling system and ensure that it works in a suitable temperature range. The thermostat must be kept in good technical condition, otherwise it will seriously affect the normal work of the engine. If the thermostat main valve is opened too late, it will lead to overheating of the engine; If the main valve is opened too early, the engine warm-up time will be prolonged and the engine temperature will be too low.

3. Warm air water tank and heat exchanger

When using the heating function, be sure to pay attention to the use method. If it is not used properly, it will also affect the fuel consumption of the car. Heater is the general name of all heaters that use water as the medium for heat exchange or refrigeration. There are two types of hot water and cold water. SEMEM hot water heating fans are mostly used for heating in workshops, factories and industrial and mining enterprises in winter. Cold water heaters are mostly used in air conditioning, refrigeration and heat exchange systems in summer.

The blower drives the airflow, which passes through the heater core and blows into the cockpit through the vent in the car.

The heat of the heater core comes from part of the engine coolant. Coolant * flows out of the engine, taking away a lot of heat.
