Silk paintings of the Western Han Dynasty were unearthed in Mawangdui Han Tomb in Changsha, and are now in Hunan Provincial Museum, so they are not from Suizhou, Hubei.
There were many silk paintings in the Han Dynasty. At that time, there were a large number of silk paintings in Han Dynasty, which were seriously damaged by natural and man-made disasters. The silk paintings of the Han dynasty that can be seen now are funerary objects such as "princess clothes" and "Ming Jing" of the Han tomb. In the composition, it overcomes the technique of arranging characters up and down in the prelude period, and depicts the whole picture of the chariots and horses from the perspective of overlooking. This is the earliest large-scale painting to record real life.
