Youjia started from the land. Since the south bank of Guanwei River is a treasure trove of geomantic omen, it has a history of more than 25 years. The study was built in Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty.
The Youjia study is in the form of a courtyard with a hall, a wing and a gatehouse. It is made of lattice doors and windows, frontispiece decoration, hanging columns and dragons, brick carving and other components. Exquisite technology, rigorous structure, with the architectural style of the Qing Dynasty. Due to the age of the study and wing, the wall is seriously alkalized. The East wing has been converted into a two-story building by residents, but the gatehouse is well preserved. The architectural features of the whole study in the Qing Dynasty are rare in our city, unique in the urban area, and of great artistic and ornamental value.
