The fault of short circuit of warm air tank during trial operation will be eliminated. This fault should be caused by the blockage of the warm air tank, which leads to the non-circulation of water at high temperature. If the warm air tank is connected by blowing, it should not be completely blocked and the water will not circulate at low speed.
Radiator belongs to automobile cooling system. The radiator in the engine water cooling system consists of water inlet chamber, water outlet chamber, main board and radiator core. Coolant flows into the radiator core and air flows out of the radiator core. The hot coolant is cooled by radiating heat to the air, and the cold air is heated by absorbing heat emitted by the coolant, so the radiator is a heat exchanger.
Water tank failure:
The hose of engine radiator will age and break easily after long-term use, and water will easily enter the radiator. When driving, the hose will break, and the sprayed high-temperature water will form a mass of steam and spray out from under the engine cover. When this happens, you should immediately choose a safe place to stop and then take emergency measures to solve it.
Under normal circumstances, when the radiator enters the water, the joint of the hose is the easiest to crack and leak. At this time, you can cut off the damaged part with scissors, then insert the hose back into the radiator inlet connector and fix it with clips or iron wires.
If the crack is in the middle of the hose, you can tie up the leaking crack with tape. Wipe the hose clean before binding. When the leaking part is dry, wrap the leaking part of the hose with adhesive tape. Because the water pressure in the hose is high when the engine is working, you should try to tie the tape tightly.
If you don't have adhesive tape at hand, you can also wrap the crack with plastic paper first, then cut it into strips with old cloth and wrap it around the hose. Sometimes there is a big crack in the hose, and it may still leak after it is tied. At this time, the water tank cover can be opened to reduce the pressure in the waterway and reduce leakage.
