In the modern kitchen, the cooktop is not only a cooking stove used in the past, but also a platform to complete the cooking process due to its rich functions. The kitchen is a relatively independent operating space, which requires that the kitchen cannot be an aisle. But in such a long and narrow space, the kitchen stove can make people feel smooth and comfortable visually. Cooking stoves are generally arranged in three types: island shape, L shape and U shape.
I. Island kitchen stove
The characteristic of the kitchen is that it can set more important areas in the middle. At present, the design of the connection between the kitchen and the dining room is realized through the island shape. For example, setting a dining area in the middle can provide a platform for family members to communicate and talk, making the family atmosphere more harmonious;
Second, the L-shaped kitchen stove
The L-shaped stove is not as big as an island. Usually, the cooking area, dining area and washing area are designed on the long side of the L shape, followed by household appliances such as refrigerators, which is also a common arrangement.
Generally speaking, the stove and the pool should not be in a straight line as far as possible, because the five elements of the stove belong to fire and the five elements of the pool belong to water, which is familiar to everyone. However, due to the habits of modern people, it is more convenient if the cooking process can be completed in one line. To avoid the above situation, you can put a wooden chopping board between them, which can cremate clever water into wood fire.
3.u-shaped kitchen stove
U-shaped cooktops are usually designed with storage cabinets around them, with the cooktops on one side and tableware on the opposite side. The remaining cooking area, dining area and washing area are expanded at one time along one side of the U-shape. This kind of stove is suitable for a wide square kitchen.
Some families have not noticed this problem, and it is not advisable to set the pool and stove on the two long sides of the U-shape from a practical point of view. Imagine that hot pot, washed vegetables or just cooked things must always move between the pool and the stove, so that water will drip on the floor and slip easily if you are not careful. The pool and dew are designed on the same streamline, and the functional area between them is connected by a straight table as an operation desk, such as the chopping block or chopsticks cage mentioned above.
Whether the shape design is reasonable is also a part of the kitchen stove. The setting and distribution of kitchen utensils and functional areas will affect the quality of cooking, thus affecting a family's health index and quality of life.
