The composition and principle of air conditioning system

Structure of air conditioning system

1. Refrigeration pump 2. Fan coil 3. Expansion tank 4. Water cooling tower 5. Cooling pump 6. Condenser 7. Evaporator

(1) Refrigeration unit

It is used to dehumidify the circulating water leading to each room and turn it into "chilled water" after heat exchange inside the unit.

(2) Water dissipation tower

It is used to receive the water with heat sent from the cooling pump, and provide cooling water for the chilled water unit after cooling.

(3) External heat exchange system

The external heat exchange system consists of a chilled water circulation system and a cooling water circulation system. Among them, the function of the chilled water circulation system is to send the chilled water flowing out of the refrigeration unit into the refrigeration pipe through the freezing pump, and perform heat exchange in each room to reduce the temperature in the room; the function of the cooling water circulation system is to transfer the chilled water through the heat exchange The cooling water is sent into the water tower by the cooling water pump, where it is cooled, humidified and cooled, and then sent back to the refrigeration unit. This continuous cycle takes away the heat released in the refrigeration unit.

(4) Cooling fan

There are two types of cooling fans: indoor fans and cooling tower fans: indoor fans are installed in the room that needs to be cooled, and are used to cool the water by chilled water. Cold air is blown into the room, accelerating the flow of air in the room, making the room cool down faster and making the temperature uniform; the cooling tower fan is used to cool the spray water entering the cooling tower, and the fan generates wind flow speed to dissipate the heat to It is removed from the atmosphere, causing the temperature of the water entering the tower to drop rapidly.
