Fuzhou National Forest Park is located in Chiqiao Village, Xindian Town, the northern suburb of Fuzhou, also known as Fuzhou Botanical Garden. It is the first national forest park in Fujian Province and one of the top ten forest parks in China. Forest Park is rich in vegetation and abundant in oxygen, which is the natural oxygen bar in Fuzhou. On holidays, many people come here to climb mountains, barbecue and have fun with their parents.
Fuzhou National Forest Park has a large scale. The whole park is divided into six tourist areas: bamboo viewing garden, tree viewing area, human landscape area, Longtan scenic area with natural landscape as the main part, Fujian Forest Museum and Bird Language Forest.
There are many rare plants under national first-class protection, such as Metasequoia glyptostroboides, Davidia involucrata and Taiwania flousiana, and there are also many rare plants under national second-class protection. There is a thousand-year-old banyan tree next to Bayi Reservoir, which is well protected and has lush foliage and is worth seeing.
Mountaineering is the highlight of the park, mainly in the Longtan scenic spot of the park. The hiking trail winds between the mountains in the scenic spot, starting from litchi garden and ending at Longtan Waterfall, with a total length of 5.2 kilometers. The intensity is not big, so don't worry about physical problems.

Fuzhou west lake park West Lake Park, located in the northwest of Fuzhou, has a long history of 1700 years, and is the most complete preserved classical garden in Fuzhou. There are eight views of the West Lake in the park, such as the willow color of the fairy bridge, the sound of big dreams and pines, the ancient setting sun, the early moon of the crystal, and the evening singing of the lotus pavilion.
