The origin of the name of Shanglin Town

According to legend, Shanglin was once a camel village. In the early Ming Dynasty, there was a maid named "Xianglin" in Hengwang Village, Qingzhou, who married a Wang villager in the former Wotuo Village. One day, she passed by and found that Shanglin was a place with good feng shui and a good place for self-cultivation and settled down. In memory of Sister Xianglin, later generations used the homonym of her name and named it "Shanglin".
