The Shidian Wenbi Tower was built in the 16th year of Guangxu’s reign in the Qing Dynasty (1890). It has a solid belly and is 18.8 meters high, with four floors. The first floor is square, 1.8 meters high, 6.8 meters in diameter, and 36 square meters in area. It is built with large polished stones, all of which are solidly soldered. The second floor is hexagonal, five meters high and 5.6 meters in diameter. It is built of bricks and inlaid with stone slabs. There is an inscription on the north side and a stone plaque on the top of each side. The inscription is: "Wenguang shoots battles, culture and education prosper." , the sound of pen Yun shines, the pen shoots into the sky, the anger rushes into the bull fight, the energy penetrates the rainbow" and so on. The third floor is conical, 11 meters high and 4.7 meters in diameter at the base. It is built with curved bricks and the seams of the bricks are welded with lime. It is inlaid with square stones on all sides, and is engraved on it: "Humanity has arisen, flowers bloom in the clouds, and it will last forever. It will be like this through the ages." The spire of the fourth floor is conical, one meter high, and the pen is sharp and shaped like a large pen, so Named "Writing Tower". On January 24, 1988, the Wenbi Tower was rebuilt locally. After the reconstruction, the entire tower was 26.8 meters high.
