On the floor plan, draw a complete rectangle along the outer contour line of the building plan. Usually, when the missing corner reaches half or more of the adjacent building wall, we can define it as missing corner here. If it is really less than half of the wall of the adjacent building, then it can't be considered as a missing corner, or such a missing corner can be ignored.
