Longhua District belongs to Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, which is located in the geographical center of Shenzhen and the central axis of urban development. It borders "six districts and one city" in the north, Dongguan and Guangming District in the east, Longgang in the east, Futian, Luohu and Nanshan in the south and Baoan in the west. Total area 175.6 km2.
20 17 1.7, Longhua district was officially listed as an administrative district. Longhua District has a profound cultural heritage, with Hakka culture, red culture and fashion culture at the intersection, and has the former site of Baishilong China cultural celebrity rescue.
A large number of traditional cultural projects, such as Guanlan original prints, Yongfengyuan "National Porcelain" two national demonstration bases of cultural industry, China Printmaking Museum, the first professional printmaking museum in China, and Dachuankeng Kirin Dance, have been selected into the national intangible cultural heritage list and are known as the birthplace of "working literature".
Shenzhen now has Luohu District, Futian District, Nanshan District, Baoan District, Longgang District and Yantian District, and later added Longhua New District, Guangming New District and Pingshan New District. We mainly compare Baoan, Longhua, Yantian and Longgang.
Luohu is the earliest urban area in Shenzhen. Yantian and Longgang are both adjacent to Luohu. Why did Shenzhen choose to develop westward to Futian after Luohu instead of Yantian and Longgang?
Urban construction is basically in the plain (unless you really can't find the plain, such as the mountain city of Chongqing), where the terrain is flat, it is relatively easy to build houses and roads, and the cost is low. Convenient transportation and communication with the outside world.
So after Luohu is Futian.
Terrain reflects the difficulty of development, but many factors will be considered in actual urban planning. Therefore, the planning of subway can better reflect the development direction of the city than the terrain.
"When the subway rings, gold is two thousand."
Baoan's line 1 1 basically runs through the whole Baoan District. Even if Longhua excludes the already independent Guangming New District, the subway will not reach half.
The topographical features of Luohu are->; Futian-> Nanshan-> The development trend of Baoan and Longhua, so Shenzhen goes all the way to the west. However, in actual planning, the relative balance of each district must be considered. The final form of Shenzhen must be that all districts are rich, but the degree of wealth will be different, so it will also take into account the development of other districts.
On the following development potential, I think Baoan > Longhua > Longgang > Yantian.
