In the preface to Yang's "The Proud Language of Youth Capsule", he once said: Yang Gong cares for men and women for the aged, and there are different books in the world. Look at the golden dragon first, and then look at the blood vessels to recognize the vein. For thousands of years, I don't know how many literati magicians tried to understand its mystery. Unfortunately, there are very few people who can accurately annotate Qingnangaoyu and justify themselves. In this article, I would like to talk about some superficial views on seeing Jinlong easily.
Liu Bowen, a Buddhist in the Ming Dynasty, always commented on Jin Longxian: Chen, Xu, Ugly, Not Prosperous (Kang Jinlong), Lou (Lou Golden Dog), Niu (Bull Taurus) and Ghost Golden Sheep, so the ancients regarded Siling as the Golden Dragon. In the land of Siling, the general principle of waterway is that the golden dragon moves. If it doesn't work, the golden dragon doesn't move. All the water flows to the cemetery, so the reservoir is the place where the gas is stored, and the portal of yin and yang copulation is also. Therefore, the golden dragon movement is a meeting between men and women, and the place begins to be auspicious. If you don't move, the incubator will be blocked and the gas will not match. Therefore, the ancients first looked at the four tombs when looking for dragons. Other versions of the notes are similar. The author thinks that this explanation distorts the original intention of the scripture and seems far-fetched. The reason is:
First, the arts and sciences are unreasonable. Look at the golden dragon first, and then look at the blood vessels to recognize the ins and outs. Clear wording and rigorous structure. That is to warn people, climbing a mountain to find dragons and caves, we must first look at the golden dragon, then observe the blood vessels (waterways), and then determine the origin and development. The Longshan vein is also the blood of the waterspout. If the scripture means to look at the mouth of Siling Shuikou first, then the next sentence is nonsense to look at blood vessels. It is a natural phenomenon that water comes and goes. Where there is a source, there is a source. Seeing blood vessels (waterways) obviously includes observing inlets and outlets. If you mean to look at the water mouth of Siling first, the scripture should be changed to look at the golden dragon first, and then look at the context of water recognition. Logical.
Second, it is unreasonable. Kang Jinlong, Lou Jinguo, Niu Jinniu and Ghost Jinyang are the 28 stars in the celestial phenomena arranged by the ancients on the compass mountain near Chen, Xu, Chou and Wei. Later generations understood them as the location of the Three-in-One Water Method Four Tombs, which obviously had nothing to do with Jinlong. The general principle of waterway is that the golden dragon moves, and if it doesn't work, the golden dragon doesn't move. Take water as an example. It comes and goes, goes in and comes out. Even lakes and ponds have places to go. This is a very simple truth. What kind of water has nowhere to go and nowhere to return? If the waterway of the four tombs is impassable, but the water comes from the position, the fetal position or the bathing position, then is there a golden dragon here, or is there a hole? Yang Gong was Lu Guang's mother who was buried in Ganzhou in those years, and established Lixin Mountain as the direction and served as the Chen Dynasty. According to the three-in-one water method, water comes from the bathing place, not the four tombs. Who can say that this is not the place where men and women meet?
Third, the front and back scriptures cannot be connected. "Green Bag Austrian Language" says: Once you recognize the golden dragon, once it has different meanings in a latitude, you can't move it, just wait for the owner to use it skillfully. If recognizing Jinlong is understood as observing the Shuikou of Siling, I dare to ask, where did the Shuikou come from? Where is the latitude? Latitude and longitude can only be reflected on the compass surface. As for Guan Shuikou, anyone who knows a little about Feng Shui can do it, so why use it skillfully?
Therefore, the original intention of Jinlong is not to look at the water mouth of Siling, but to make clear the first step for Feng Shui masters to find dragons and caves. That is, first check and calibrate the compass pointer.
Why did Yang Gong call the compass Jinlong, stressing that Feng Shui masters should correct the compass before doing their homework? This is mainly determined by the structure of the compass and standard operating procedures. As we know, the compass consists of the inner disk and tray of Tianchi (compass). The pointer of Tianchi is made of magnets, and iron is gold. The ancients compared the compass needle to the golden dragon, which was somewhat obscure, but it was still very vivid.
Due to the uncertainty of material selection and manufacturing technology of ancient magnetic needles, and the top-level wind selection of Feng Shui master carrying compass to climb mountains and wade, the loosening of Tianchi and the accidental failure of magnetic needles are inevitable. Therefore, even today, some old Feng Shui masters who study under their teachers will still check their compasses step by step before conducting field surveys.
