Hutai Site, located behind the administrative office building of Luo Zhuang (Baotai Botanical Garden), belongs to Neolithic Age, and was announced by Linyi Municipal People's Government as the first batch of municipal cultural relics protection units in September 2003. 1980 and 1983 ancient tombs in Gaotai were salvaged, and a large number of Neolithic and Paleolithic stones and pottery were unearthed.
It represents the highest level of pottery-making technology in primitive society, and the protection scope is 1 10000 square meters. Based on the center of the site platform, it is 215m east, 255m west, 0/32m south and 98m north. The construction control zone extends 20 meters outside the protection scope.
The site is located in the core area of the jurisdiction and has been effectively protected and utilized in the form of the site botanical garden.
