Hengshan Guo Hua Scenic Area is very interesting. Guo Hua Scenic Area is located in the Westward Tour Scenic Area of Baiguo Town, Hengshan County. According to legend, the Monkey King disturbed the flat peach party. After the havoc in the Heavenly Palace, the Jade Emperor ordered Erlang God to capture the Monkey King, but 300 rounds of fighting failed. Later, being chased by Erlang God, the Monkey King entered the Xiangjiang River valley along the irrigation river and was attracted by a quiet place in Hengshan Mountain. Here, there are clouds, flowers and fruits, and flowing water. Tired and thirsty, Sun is here holding a somersault cloud to drink water and eat wild fruits. It happened that the local villagers were infected with strange diseases, so Sun soaked his monkey hair in the stream and cured the whole village. In order to thank Sun for saving his life, many villagers here changed their surnames to Sun and named this geomantic treasure-house "Huaguoshan". Combining this myth and legend, the scenic spot creates a brand-new westward journey culture written by Wu Cheng'en and reproduces the wonderful fragments of Journey to the West. The whole scenic spot is composed of stone carving of Huaguoshan, beautiful monkey rock, beauty basking in shame, lotus holy land, Ruyi golden hoop, Bajie Stone, Qihua Valley, Pansi Cave, Wuxing Mountain, Monkey King Thrice Defeats the Skeleton Demon, Du Qiao Tongtianhe, Cat Farm, Yaochi, Baoge, somersault ladder, water curtain cave, Guanyintai, Boluoying and Flat Peach Garden.
