Hulu Town, located 3 kilometers southwest of Cangyuan County, was completed on 20 13. The town covers an area of 202 mu, with 180 households. The architectural style retains the unique architectural features of Wa folk houses, and the external features are red arc roofs and corners decorated with corners. The whole town 180 residential buildings with red curved roofs are ingeniously integrated with Wa characteristic buildings such as cultural walls, water spray gourds, large squares, brick blocks, gourd towers and Wa Wang Fu, forming a collection of "eating, living, traveling, shopping and entertainment", with beautiful scenery and rich Wa people. The town was rated as a national AA-level tourist attraction from 2065438 to June 2005.
