Cast iron pot is a pot made of iron-carbon alloy with carbon content above 2%. The carbon content of general industrial cast iron is 2%-4%, and carbon exists in cast iron in the form of graphite, sometimes in the form of cementite.
Remedial measures: 1: clean the inside and outside of the pot; 2: Next bake the plate; 4: finally soak the pot; 5: Try not to wash the pot with detergent after use, rinse it with hot water, then dry it with a small fire, and it is best to apply a layer of oil for maintenance.
