The existing warm air water tank structure includes upper and lower water chambers and a radiating core located between the upper and lower water chambers. The radiating core also comprises water pipes communicated with the two water chambers and fins sandwiched between adjacent water pipes. The water in the water chamber for storing hot water is led out through the water pipe, and the heat of the water in the water pipe is diffused through the fins. The fan blows the heat to the fin gap, and the cooled water enters another water chamber and is discharged from the warm air water tank.
At present, the structure of the above-mentioned warm air water tank at the joint between water pipes and water chambers is mostly in the form of plug welding, and the fins are mostly fixed between water pipes in the form of welding. When any water pipe or some fins are damaged, it is necessary to replace the whole warm air tank as a whole.
