Geomantic layout of living room and dining room.

First of all, I declare that my younger brother is not Mr. Feng Shui, majoring in architecture, and I have a little research on Feng Shui layout at the request of customers.

Your design is obviously copied from western decoration, and now the developers invite people from all over the world who copy a lot of articles. According to the geomantic omen in China, the TV cabinet in the living room is opposite to the sofa, showing the trend of mountains and rivers. The TV counter needs to be shorter than the sofa cushion, which is good from the perspective of feng shui and human visual comfort. However, the sofa is a backer, and people sit on it. The back of the sofa must be against the wall or against a closed screen. From the layout and psychological analysis, it is most comfortable to have a backer behind the seat.

So I suggest that you design an isolation between the sofa and the dining table, close to the back of the sofa, so that people who eat or watch TV will feel comfortable and there will be fewer problems at home.

The above are purely personal opinions, combined with related books (Hong Kong textbooks, and now all students studying architecture take this part-time course) for your reference.

PS: Feng Shui is really a profound subject, which integrates astronomy, geography, physics, chemistry, psychology and so on. It is suggested to consult more books and study and analyze.
