What did the Book of Changes say?

I ching is subtle and all-encompassing. Everyone is familiar with these two sentences: "There is nothing in it but nothing in it" (Lv Chunqiu). Big enough to have no outside, big enough! Too small to have an interior, isn't it? Many people will find such a huge and delicate book difficult to read, remember, understand and apply. In fact, the whole book of changes only speaks three words.

First, the first word is "Shang", and the word "Shang" up and down is the same word as that on the beam.

No matter what you do, don't forget it all your life and keep making progress. This progress is developing in the direction of beam. There is no one in China who has never worked hard since he was a child. No one in the world is trying to make progress no matter where we go. I would like to ask why China people are so miserable, so we must make progress. China people are too powerful. Today, you are the general manager, with power and influence. Anyone who sees you will be respectful. If you leave, you will have no money or power. Everyone only does one thing, that is, they pretend not to see you when they see you. This is called "always ignoring", just one word short. So you also said that the motivation is not good. What happened to power? Everything has advantages and disadvantages.

In fact, as long as you remember, everything has two sides, both advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, don't be complacent when encountering "good things" and don't be dejected and despondent when encountering "bad things". If we can really look at things and problems comprehensively, then our life will be less painful and more happy.

Second, "up", often with a vertical, called "stop", enough is enough.

In the process of making progress, enough is enough. This is important because if you can't stop overshooting, it's over. Man's life span is limited. Do you have enough time to make progress? Do you have enough energy?

What do you mean stop?

In fact, it is very simple, to be a gentleman, stop at benevolence; Being a minister ends with respect; Being a son stops at filial piety; Being a father stops at kindness; Making friends with China people ends with letters. Today, you are the supreme leader. You should master the word benevolence. You see, even righteousness is not the first thing you have to do. Benevolence and righteousness are different. Benevolence is based on conscience and righteousness is reasonable. How can it be reasonable? That is for the people below, not for me. When I am the general manager, I only know that our products should face the public and we should safeguard the health of the whole people. Our enterprise, no matter what industry, has only one corporate culture, that is, serving the people, which is my responsibility. As for the quality and price of the products, it's none of my business. All departments should do their duty. But it is also reasonable for everyone to stop and do their duty. The general manager knows everything. There must be some omissions. Take care of everything, and it will be a mess in the end. We've seen too much. So as soon as I saw a manager of an enterprise make a lot of comments on TV, I knew in my heart-his company was almost finished-it was an easy thing to think of.

Kindness is the end of being a father and filial piety is the end of being a son. This word of filial piety is a combination of two words, the upper one is called Lao, and the lower one is called Zi, which means dealing with the relationship between father and son, old and young, and is called filial piety. In fact, no matter what indicators we use to assess people today, the most important thing is to look at this person's personality. I suggest going directly to the evaluated family to see how his relationship with the elderly is. This is an important reference project. Because since ancient times, we all know that loyal ministers come from the door of dutiful sons. If you are unfilial to your parents at home, can you still be kind to the chief? This is a lot of question marks. But we are influenced by the west, and the most fundamental and important thing in life is ignored. Because the west is private and public, I care about your business, not your private affairs. In fact, public and private are always inseparable.

Third, there is a stop in the middle, a stop in the middle, and then the end is a "positive" word.

This is called Tao. When we say that a person is on the road, it means from top to bottom. But mistakes often happen, people will go astray, so we should adjust them in time and keep pulling them back. This is called life.

The words "Shang", "Stop" and "Zheng" are just a little short. If you add a vertical line to one, it stops; if you add a horizontal line to it, it is called "positive". All Chinese characters, one horizontal above and one horizontal below, tell us that the horizontal above is called heaven and the horizontal below is called earth. To be a man is to stand upright.
