Tianzhu Mountain
1. Tianzhu Mountain, Anhui. It was once one of the "Five Sacred Mountains".
Tianzhu Mountain is located on the north bank of the Yangtze River and in Qianshan, Anhui Province. Its main peak is 1,488.4 meters above sea level. It stands tall like a giant pillar holding up the sky, so it is called Tianzhu Peak, and the mountain is also called Tianzhu Mountain. . Li Bai, a great poet of the Tang Dynasty, once wrote a poem "Looking at Wan Gong Mountain from the River" praising the beautiful scenery of Tianzhu Mountain. Wan Gong Mountain is Tianzhu Mountain. The poem goes: "Qifeng Mountain, strange clouds, and beautiful trees contain elegance. Qing. Yanwangong Mountain is absolutely amazing..."
Tianzhu Mountain was also known as Qianshan, Wanshan and Long live Mountain in the past. It is said that the name Long Live Mountain came from the fact that when Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty visited Wanshan Mountain during his tour to the south, he set up a platform to worship the mountain and named Wan Mountain "Southern Mountain". During the sacrifice, the crowd shouted long live the mountain, so the mountain was called Long Live Mountain. After the Sui and Tang Dynasties, Nanyue was renamed Hengshan, and Tianzhu Mountain was listed as the "middle town" of the five major mountain towns in China. The remaining four towns are: North Town Yiwu Lushan (in Liaoning Province), East Town Yishan (in central Shandong Province), West Town Wushan (in Long County, Shaanxi Province), and South Town Dijishan (in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province).
Tianzhu Mountain has 42 peaks, which are covered with pines, green bamboos, strange rocks, strange caves, waterfalls and deep pools. "Tianzhu Mountain Chronicles" says that Tianzhu Mountain has "all the peaks are strange, all the rocks are strange, all the caves are dark, and all the springs are roaring". It can be seen that its natural scenery is amazing.
The famous tourist spot in Tianzhu Mountain is Sanzu Temple. After entering the South Gate of Tianzhu Mountain, Yeren Village, you will reach Sanzu Temple a short distance up the road. According to legend, the temple was first built in the Southern Dynasties, and now only the Buddhist scriptures building, several side rooms and the Jueji Pagoda standing in front of the temple remain. To the west of Sanzu Temple, there is a valley full of boulders. The steep rocks on the sides of the valley are upright. The water in the valley is gurgling. Pines and bamboos cover the sky and the sun. It is called "valley spring". There is a stone cave at the gate of the valley. In front of the cave there is a huge stone shaped like a lying cow, which is called "Ancient Stone Cow Cave". According to legend, Huang Tingjian, a native of the Northern Song Dynasty, once sat on this stone to read and called himself "Taoist of the Valley". A huge stone here is engraved with a poem by Huang Tingjian and a portrait of Huang Tingjian sitting on a stone cow painted by the great contemporary painter Li Gonglin. This precious stone carving of ancient poems and paintings is still clearly visible.
In front of the mouth of the valley, you can dive with rippling blue waves, and behind it, you can see the Tianzhu peaks. The trees here are lush and the environment is quiet. Li Bai, Su Dongpo, Wang Anshi, etc. all wrote poems here. There is a scenic spot called "Poetry Cliff".
Climbing along the stone steps from Sanzu Temple to the northwest, you will see the ever-changing and magnificent scenery before your eyes. Turning a corner, the world is completely new; going up a ridge, the scenery is different, which makes people overwhelmed.
Tianzhu Peak is like a giant pillar, majestic and extraordinary. On the cliff in front of Tianzhu Peak, there are eight characters "Isolated Qingxiao, Zhongtian Yizhu" written horizontally on it. The four characters "standing upright on the sky and the earth" are written directly below it, which is magnificent and amazing. On the left and right sides of Tianzhu Peak, there are Feilai and Three Peaks facing each other, making it even more majestic.
The mysterious valley under Feilai Peak of Tianzhu Mountain is called "Tianzhu's most unique place" by tourists. The Mystic Valley is about five or six miles long. The bottom of the valley is made up of 54 caves of different shapes. The caves are connected to caves and caves within caves. There are caves, courtyards, doors, stone ladders and stone railings in the caves. Walking through a dark cave, it is difficult to distinguish between things, and it is depressing and depressing. However, as soon as you exit the cave, you will see the light, which makes you excited and happy.
The scenery of Tianzhu Mountain is many and strange. No wonder Li Geng, a poet of the Ming Dynasty, praised: "There are many wonders in the world, but they are as good as this mountain."
Take a long-distance bus from Hefei for 190 kilometers to Qianshan County, and then drive 9 kilometers west to reach the South Gate Savage Village in Tianzhu Mountain. You can also take a bus from Anqing, a distance of 80 kilometers.
The reception conditions in Tianzhu Mountain are constantly improving. There are more than a dozen restaurants, hotels, and inns at the foot of the mountain.
In 1982, Tianzhu Mountain was approved by the State Council to be included in the first batch of national scenic spots in the name of Anhui Tianzhu Mountain Scenic Area.
2. Tianzhu Mountain in Qingdao, Shandong.
Tianzhu Mountain was called Gaobao Mountain in ancient times. Among the mountains southwest of the majestic and beautiful Daze Mountain, there is a "solitary peak with a high crown and a star in the sky", which is the famous "Tianzhu Mountain". It is located 1.5 kilometers north of Beisui Village, Dazeshan Town, Pingdu City, with an altitude of 280 meters. Tianzhu Mountain is famous for its cliff carvings. Among the Tianzhu Mountain cliff carvings, the Zheng Wengong stele standing in the south of Tianzhu Mountain is carved on a natural boulder. It is 3.2 meters high and 1.5 meters wide. It has 20 lines of inscriptions, with each line ranging from 40 to 50 characters, with a total of 881 The inscription is still clearly legible over 1,400 years ago. The stele was written and engraved by Zheng Daozhao, the governor of Guangzhou in the fourth year of Yongping in the Northern Wei Dynasty (511). The inscription records the life and writings of his father, Zheng Xi, the governor of Yanzhou, General Chijie, and the governor of Yanzhou.
Because Zheng Xi's posthumous title is Zheng Wengong, the full name of this monument is: "The monument of Zheng Wengong, the secretary of Wei Guzhong's secretary". Zheng Daozhao was the most famous calligrapher in the Northern Wei Dynasty. The Wei stele style he wrote highlighted the transformation of Chinese calligraphy from official script to regular script. Therefore, this stele is highly regarded by ancient and modern calligraphers. In May 1984, Liu Haisu climbed a mountain and inscribed an inscription on the Zheng Stele, praising it as: "The Wei Stele is a national treasure, and the cliff shines brightly." The Tianzhu Mountain cliff carvings are rare art treasures of calligraphy and stone carving in my country. In recent years, an endless stream of people have come here to watch them.
3. Tianzhu Mountain in Zaozhuang, Shandong.
Tianzhu Mountain, also known as Geyi Mountain, is located fifteen miles south and east of Yicheng District, Zaozhuang City. The peaks of Baishan Mountain screen it in front, and the mountains of Immortal Temple arch behind it. Water comes from the north, flows around its left foot and flows south. Although the mountain is small but beautiful, it is surrounded by steep mountains, rugged and green, rising from the flat ground, standing tall like bamboo shoots, standing alone, not among the other peaks, so it is known as the "Wangshan Mountain in Yixian County" by the world.
Yixian County was named after Geyi Mountain. It is recorded in the history books. "Book of Songs." Lu Song. Meng Gong" says: "Keep Fu Yi." "Shang Shu·Yu Gong" says: "Yiyang Gutong". "Erya" says: "The mountains are linked together to form a link." What is recorded in ancient books is basically consistent with field research. There is Mount Fu in the northwest of the territory of Yi, and there is Mount Geyi fifteen miles to the southeast (the annotation means "yi" is the same as "处"). The sun of Mount Yi is rich in Yi trees, and this mountain is surrounded by mountains. Therefore, on the 26th day of Qianlong's reign, In the preface of the "Yixian Chronicle" re-edited in 1999, it was written: "Yi got its name from the mountain, and it has been seen in scriptures many times.
There was originally an ancient temple on Tianzhu Mountain, called the Great Buddha Temple. It was built during the Taiding period of the Yuan Dynasty. There is a Buddha Mother Pagoda in the northeast corner. The tower is more than 40 meters high and has nine floors. It is built of square bricks and nanmu. There are hundreds of ancient trees around the pagoda, which are dense and eerie. On the third day of March every year, people in the city go to the Chenghe River at the foot of the mountain to pick orchids, and to worship in front of the Buddha Mother Pagoda to drive away bad luck and wish for eternal peace.
There is also a Zhenxiu nunnery built in Tianzhu Mountain, which is said to have been built by the daughter of Kong Shanren at the foot of the mountain. Confucius was born intelligent and had a good Buddhist mind. She could understand the general idea by listening to and reading various classics. When Confucius was old enough to get married, a good man chose a spouse for her and bought a dowry for her. However, Confucius had a strong will to worship Buddhism and vowed not to marry. She decided to become a nun and took the Buddhist name "Xing Xun". Later, he built a thatched hut in Tianzhu Mountain as his residence. He burned candles inside to practice Buddhist scriptures, supervised farming and taxation outside, and used the remaining money to buy wood, stones, bricks, tiles and tools. After many years. Build three couplets in the main hall. After many years, the side hall, Thousand Buddha Pavilion, gate tower, drum tower, bell tower, etc. were built successively. Entering the courtyard through the gate tower, there are towering ancient pines and numerous steles and pavilions beside the road. Two of the steles are autographed by Emperors Shunzhi and Chongzhen. Passing through the stele pavilion are the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. There is a bell hanging in the bell tower, weighing more than a ton. If the bell is struck, the sound can be heard for miles. To the north of the Bell and Drum Tower is the main hall. The main hall is extremely spectacular, with carved beams and painted pillars, flying eaves and animals, and is decorated with red, white, yellow and green colors, which is dazzling. There are ten large stone pillars in the hall, among which the four dragon pan pillars are the most exquisite. The column is 4 meters high and 0.6 meters in diameter. Above the column are two phoenixes, spreading their wings to fly towards the newborn sun. Below are two dragons playing with beads, like clouds and wind, swallowing clouds and spitting out mist, creating a lively atmosphere. The ingenious design and exquisite carving craftsmanship are comparable to the dragon pan pillars in the Dacheng Hall of the Confucius Temple.
Tianzhu Mountain was originally beautiful and tall, but the addition of the Great Buddhist Temple and Zhenxiu Nunnery further enhanced the majesty and fame of the mountain. Therefore, celebrities in Yixian County such as Jia Sanjin and Huang Tuchang wrote notes about it. , express the admiration in my heart.
3. Tianzhu Mountain in Changyang, Yichang, Hubei Province
Tianzhu Mountain is located next to the national Qingjiang Forest Park on the north bank of the Qingjiang River, 34 kilometers west of Changyang County, Hubei Province. Since the establishment of the temple in the Tang Dynasty, it has been one of the thirty-six caves and seventy-two blessed places of Taoism. It reflects the north and south of Wudang Mountain and is a famous Taoist mountain, also known as Zhongwudang. Tianzhu Mountain is 1,445 meters above sea level. It has high stalagmites and solitary peaks. It stands tall from the ground and looks like a strong pen reaching into the clouds. The peak is flat, with a clear spring that never dries up all year round. The peaks of Tianzhu Mountain are independent. Three 130-meter-high rock peaks stand side by side, only 4 meters apart. Two bridges fly between the three peaks, which is spectacular, like stone pillars supporting the sky. The ancient buildings on the mountain are magnificent. Taoist temples were built in the Tang Dynasty. During the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty, a lot of construction was carried out. The Dimu Palace, Three Emperors Palace, Lingguan Palace, Yuhuang Pavilion, Yuxu Palace, Nanyan Palace, etc. were built imitating Wudang Mountain. A stone step was excavated up the mountain. More than a thousand levels.
