If you want to do a good job, you must sharpen your tools first. I sent a set of tools to participate in armored activities before, and now it just comes in handy.
Let's look at the blockage of the radiator. Although the steel wire dustproof net has been added for a long time, it still blocks a lot of dust and grass.
Next, grab the small wrench and prepare to dismantle it. The first step is to remove the bottom plate of the engine so that the screws under the water tank can be removed later.
Then drain all the coolant in the water tank and disconnect the hose connection between the engine and the water tank. Remove the screws that fix the air collecting ring and the radiator of the water tank one by one, pay attention to keep them neat, and finally install them one by one.
Carefully take out the water tank after removing the screws. This process must be handled carefully to avoid colliding with the radiator. As can be seen from the picture, the ventilation surface of this radiator is only 70%, especially the bottom of the water tank has been completely blocked.
When carefully flushing the radiator with a water gun, we must pay attention to two points in this process: first, we should flush from the inside out, opposite to the wind direction of the engine, and then rush from the outside to the inside; Second, remember that the water gun must be perpendicular to the water tank, and tilting it will damage the radiator.
Next, flush the hydraulic oil radiator carefully until there is no slag and muddy water when the water comes out from the other side. After washing, the whole radiator should be transparent.
And then assemble it back in sequence. Take a few wires for each screw in the water tank first, so as not to install the screws in the wrong position. After assembly, carefully check whether there are any missing screws.
Finally, connect the pipeline, add original antifreeze, and remember not to add ordinary tap water cheaply. According to this set of specifications, there should be no problem with the radiator, so wait for the test this summer!
