Where is Dongfeng Aerospace City?

It is located in Jiuquan City, Gansu Province, China and Fiona Fang City, Alxa League, with an area of 2,800 square kilometers in Fiona Fang. Among them, 95% of the sub-bases are located in Jiuquan City, and 5% are located in Alxa League. Dongfeng Aerospace City is the earliest launch test base for launch vehicles in China. It is also the main base for the test launch of Long March series launch vehicles, missiles, various test satellites in low and medium orbits, application satellites and manned spacecraft. At the same time, it is also responsible for the recovery of sunken ships and spacecraft and the emergency rescue of astronauts.
