Bow down to the stone carvings in the Feng Shui cemetery

1. The stone lions in the town house are lions, and the stone lions in the cemetery are evil spirits.

They look very similar, but they shouldn't be mixed together.

Sister-in-law looks like a lion.

4. Demons have wings, liger.

Difference: There is almost no difference in appearance between the two. The only difference is that (sister-in-law) has no wings, and (Figure 2) has wings to ward off evil spirits.

Stone lions in the Forbidden City

The lion in the Forbidden City symbolizes power and dignity. The emperor is the son of heaven, and the lion in front of the Forbidden City is naturally the most exquisite and tall. The lion stands in the east, and there is a young lion under its front paws, which symbolizes the eternal imperial power from generation to generation.

Douwangdian Shishi

The stone lion in Douwangdian is different from other stone lions in that it has little lions on its chest and back and ribbons in its mouth.

Stone lion with collapsed waist

The stone carving in the Yuan Dynasty was white marble, with a head height of 74 cm, a shoulder width of 35 cm and a body length of 74 cm. The shape of a lion is unique, which is contrary to the normal shape of a common lying lion. The back is naturally concave, the shoulders are to the right, the two front legs are relatively upright, the right leg is slightly curved, and the right paw steps on the ingot; The two hind legs are attached to both sides of the hip, and the exaggerated tail bends slightly gracefully from the hip to the right leg, winding to the side elevation of the seat, and the whole is naturally stretched. Now it is collected in Beijing Stone Carving Art Museum.

Cangzhou iron lion

The local name is "really good", which is located in the old town of Cang County, in front of the original Kaiyuan Temple. The lion is 3.8m tall, with a head height of1.5m, a height of 5.48m, a length of 6.5m and a body width of 3.17m. Legend has it that the iron lion weighs about 40 tons. 1984 when moving the lion, the total weight of the iron lion was 29.30 tons after accurate weighing.
