How to write the inscription

The inscription reads as follows:

The left side of the tombstone is called Dragon Ridge, which is used to write Feng Shui. Because of the mobility of the population, many of the deceased are not locals, so they will write their place of origin in a conspicuous position in the upper left corner or upper right corner of the tombstone, so that future generations who sweep the grave can know where their place of origin is, and their names should be written in the center. This position is called the middle list, and the number of words is actually the key to determining whether the zodiac is auspicious or not, which is directly related to Feng Shui.

If the husband and wife are buried together, they must follow the rule that men are left and women are right. The date of birth and death should be written on both sides of the middle list name, or male left and female right, the date of death should be written on the left side of the middle list, and the date of death should be written on the right side, that is, the lower right side of the children, in order of seniority. The time of the monument should also be written on the right, the basic format and content of the tombstone.

Identity of the people in the tomb:

The central part of the tombstone, commonly known as "Zhongbang", is engraved with the text of the tombstone, which explains the identity of the deceased in the tomb with the shortest specifications. The key points it must explain include the name of the deceased, the highest rank or position of the deceased before his death, and the relationship between the deceased and the monument.

In the "Zhongbang" line, when the name of the deceased is stated, some special terms will appear at the top of the honorific title of the deceased, such as "Xian Kao", "Xian Cong", "Xian 15" and "Xian Kao in the 24th century". These special words are used to explain the kinship between the deceased and the monument-erector.
