What does Guanyin borrow the library day mean?

Every year, the 26th day of the first lunar month is the opening day of Guanyin Bodhisattva Library (library borrowing day).

Guanyin opens a treasury and is responsive. Good men and women must follow certain rituals to borrow money from Bodhisattva in order to pray for mercy of Guanyin Bodhisattva, borrow money and pray for wealth. There are two ways for Bodhisattva to borrow books. One is to return to the library in the temple. If you choose a temple to return to the library, you can follow the arrangement of the temple.

Avalokitesvara is always welcome, but everyone should remember that "you can borrow and return". After borrowing books, they must be returned at the end of the year. Otherwise, the library you borrowed next time will no longer be valid, and you can only borrow a new library when you come back. Every year, December 19th of the lunar calendar is the traditional "Guanyin Return Day", so we should prepare the prescribed sacrifices and thank Guanyin Bodhisattva for her blessing and upholding justice.
