Why did Na Xiang Town of Qinzhou City withdraw from the town?

Na Xiang Town of Qinzhou City was merged into bancheng town. In 2005, Na Xiang Town was merged into bancheng town. 1On June 28th, 1994, the State Council approved (Guo Han [1994] No.62) the revocation of Qinzhou area and Qinzhou city, and the establishment of prefecture-level Qinzhou city. Qinbei District and Qinnan District were newly established in Qinzhou City. Qinbei District governs Xintang, Bancheng, Xiaodong, Dadong, Long Beach, Mona, Dasi, Guitai, Dazhi, Qingtang, Pingji 1 1 and Na Xiang Township, and the district people's government is located in Qinzhou Bay Avenue.
