After buying a house, who should complain about the quality of the house?

Legal analysis: Housing quality problems can be complained to the Consumers Association. Consumers' associations shall accept consumers' complaints and investigate and mediate them. If there is a dispute over the quality of the house, which seriously affects the normal living and use, the buyer may request to terminate the contract and compensate for the losses.

Legal basis: Article 33 of the Measures for the Administration of Commercial Housing Sales in People's Republic of China (PRC). Real estate development enterprises shall be responsible for the quality warranty of the commercial houses sold. The parties shall stipulate the warranty scope, warranty period and warranty responsibility in the contract. The warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery.
