From June, 2065438 to June, 2008, the original Hexi Street was divided into two parts. Dashan Community, Baoer Community and Shuang Shan Community in the south were placed under the Shuang Shan Sub-district Office, while Hexi Community, Tailiu Road Community, Heya Community and Xiaoshuiqinggou Community in the north were placed under the Hexi Sub-district Office.
