3) As long as the regional plate is under construction and land supply for a long time, the short-term and medium-term price increase will also be affected first-hand. However, there are few first-hand houses for sale in Science City, and they are gradually entering the stock market. The competitor competing with second-hand houses is "second-hand", and the premium space and means of second-hand houses are even higher than those of first-hand houses.
Third, specific projects.
When it comes to Agile Fuchun Mountain Residence, it should mean second-hand. Because from the internet, the first hand has been sold out. I don't know why you invested in this property, but if it were me, I wouldn't give priority.
