Causes and solutions of automobile warm air not being hot

The reasons why the automobile heater is not hot are: the heater water tank problem, the failure of the heating and cooling control panel, the lack of coolant in the cooling system, and the failure of the thermostat. Solution: Repair and replace the water tank, replace the control panel, replace the thermostat and add coolant.

1, heater water tank problem

The blockage of the warm air tank will cause too little warm air storage, and the natural wind passing through the warm air tank can not absorb enough heat, so the heating effect of the warm air is poor. If the antifreeze is turbid, the probability of blocking the heater tank will increase! If the blockage is light, you can use a special machine to clean it. If the blockage is serious, only a new heater can be replaced.

2, heating and cooling control panel failure

Under normal circumstances, the switch between cold and warm air is to control the air duct of the fan casing through the control panel. If the heating and cooling actuators are stuck, the heating and cooling air cannot be adjusted, and the heating air will fail and need to be repaired or replaced.

3, thermostat failure

If the thermostat is normally open or normally closed, it will cause heating failure. If the thermostat is often closed, it will cause different water temperature cycles and high water temperature. If it is turned on all the time, the water thermometer will remain below 90℃ all the time, and the warm air will be slightly warmer at idle speed, and it will not be hot directly at high speed. Just get a new thermostat.

4. The cooling system is short of coolant

Coolant, commonly known as antifreeze, is the source of warm air for automobile air conditioning. The lack of coolant in the cooling system is the most common and easy-to-occur fault phenomenon that leads to the lack of warm air, which can be solved by adding coolant.
