Wang is also known as a generation of Confucian businessmen. 19 17, the Yunnan army looted Sanduo village and forced him to pay 100 cents for salt. Wang has only one vacant room in the village, but in order to solve problems for the salt merchants in the village, he paid 80 cents for salt, which is equivalent to reimbursing 20,000 yuan. Zhao, the commander of the Yunnan Army, demanded 200,000 yuan from the Chamber of Commerce, and threatened to "smash" the whole Zigong without giving money. Without such a huge sum of money, Wang sold his land as a cushion, claiming to sell as much as he could, and everyone burst into tears.
1930, after Wang died of illness, Liu Xiang, a Sichuan warlord, was deeply moved by his kindness and spirit of helping others, and personally ordered soldiers to escort his coffin back to Ziliujing for burial. People from all walks of life in Jiangjin, Yongchuan, Rongxian, Longchang and Neijiang made sacrifices along the way, which was extremely tragic. When Wang Lingbi arrived in Zigong, salt gangs, banks, wells, chambers of commerce and trade associations in Zigong organized to greet the spirit as far away as Qingliang Mountain, set up sacrificial tables, fluttered in elegiac couplets, filled with cigarettes and firecrackers. One of the elegiac couplets wrote: "Clean up businessmen with integrity and honesty, bully and abandon the bad habits of the rich and powerful, and establish the heart of the world with innocence", which highly summarized Wang's warm-hearted life and generous and honest character, and was worthy of the name of Confucian businessmen.

Architectural model
Overall mode
The architectural pattern of the Wang Family Courtyard inherits the courtyard style with front hall and back bedroom formed in the Western Zhou Dynasty in China, which not only provides enough space for external communication, but also meets the requirements of internal private atmosphere, achieving equal grades, orderly up and down, different men and women inside and outside, and complete living functions, fully embodying the majesty of the official family and the regularity of the patriarchal clan system.
There are 35 courtyards and 342 houses in Gaojiaya complex. Dunhou House and Ningruiju, the main courtyard, are three-way quadrangles. Each school has its own kitchen school, home school school, second-hand academy, flower school, long-term school and college. The surrounding castle walls are tightly surrounded, and four doors are set in different places. The large and small courtyards are integrated, with as many as 65 doors connected up and down and left and right, each independent.
Courtyard features
Fort Hong Men complex is a castle, like a city, built on the hill. From low to high, the four-story courtyards are symmetrically arranged with a main road in the middle, forming a very regular "Wang" shape, which also means "Dragon" shape. The 88 courtyards in the fort have their own characteristics, and none of them are the same.
