3, shark's fin mixed with bird's nest soup. Ingredients: shark's fin, bird's nest, onion, ginger, cooking wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, star anise and salt. Soak the bird's nest in water for 1 hour, and pick out impurities such as fluff from the bird's nest after soaking. Soak shark's fin in water for about 5 hours, add a proper amount of water to a clean pot, add shark's fin after boiling, skim off the floating foam, take it out and drain it, then clean the impurities left on the surface of shark's fin and rinse it several times. Wash the onion and ginger separately, and cut them into onion segments and ginger slices of appropriate size. Put shark fin into a clean container, add proper amount of cooking wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, star anise, onion and ginger slices, stir well, and then marinate. Add ginger slices and shallots, shark's fin, water and bring to a boil. Stew the bird's nest in a saucepan for 30 minutes. Shark's fin and bird's nest can be poured together
