Why is Pakistan called "the country of halal"?
Pakistan means "Muslim country", and more than 97% of the residents believe in Islam. Strict prohibition of alcohol is the creed of Muslims here. Whether it is a civil wedding or an official state banquet, alcohol is not allowed. Private brewers will be punished more severely. On diplomatic occasions, Pakistani diplomats do not object to others drinking, but they always use juice, soda water or water instead when toasting. In Pakistan, we can't see the phenomenon of "drunkards" lying on the street drinking and committing crimes.
