The other time was 813 around 2004, which occurred once in 60 years. There was basically no residential water intrusion in the main urban area. In short, it may be an exaggeration to say that Fushun is a Feng Shui treasure, but the temperature difference between day and night in Fushun in summer reaches about 10-12 degrees, and the highest temperature is generally only 30 degrees, so it is still a good place to escape the heat.
It rained continuously in Fushun for the past few days this year. There were heavy rains, but there was no accumulation of water in the urban area. The newspaper reported that the street with the largest accumulation of water was only one street with 8-10 cm of water.
