Ningbo Binhai Beach is a scenic spot in Meishan Bonded Port Area, Beilun District, Ningbo City. It is located on the north side of the south dike of Meishan Waterway, adjacent to Yangsha Mountain and Chunxiao Mingyue Lake, and between Chunxiao Bridge and the south dike of Meishan Waterway.
The whole beach is arc-shaped, with a total length of 1.88km. The planned area above and below water is about 32, square meters, and the land area of beach volleyball court is about 1,7 square meters. According to the Regulatory Detailed Planning of East (II) Area of Beilun Chunxiao Binhai New City, the planning structure of Chunxiao Binhai New City can be summarized as "one belt with two axes, two points with one heart" (as shown in Figure 2.2-1): one belt refers to the coastal customs exhibition belt on the south side of the base; Two axes refer to the main axis of commercial development along Mingyue Road and the axis of urban function expansion along Lehai Road; One heart, coastal characteristic leisure center; Two points refer to the yacht tourism and holiday node on the south side of the base and the ecological wetland leisure node on the east side. The planning structure of Chunxiao Binhai New City Meishan Bridge and its wiring project starts from Beilun section of the coastal middle line, crosses Meishan Port to Meishan Island in the south, ends in the middle of Messi Salt Field, and connects Meishan Port Highway, with a length of 2,2 meters, of which the cross-sea bridge is 1,487 meters, the north shore wiring is 126.5 meters, and the south bank wiring is 586.5 meters. The bridge road is designed as a first-class highway, with a designed driving speed of 6 km/h and a navigation grade of 5 tons. The span of the main bridge is 75+13+75m prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame, the main pier of the main bridge adopts double thin-walled piers, and the transition pier adopts wall piers. Chunxiao Bridge Chunxiao Bridge started construction in January 214 and is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in August 216. The bridge is about 2km away from the south embankment of Meishan Waterway Anti-Super Typhoon Shelter Anchorage Project. The bridge starts from the intersection of Chunxiao Yangshan Dongliu Road and Chunxiao Dongba Road in the west, crosses Meishan Waterway in the east, and ends at the intersection of Meishan Island Yanhu Road (under planning) and Gangwan Road, with a total length of about 1.9 kilometers. The bridge is built according to the first-class highway standard, taking into account the urban road function, with a design speed of 6 km/h, two-way six lanes, a navigable grade of 5 tons, a navigable clear height of 15.5m and a maximum navigable water level of 3.98m m. The main bridge is a half-through double-deck truss arch bridge with span arrangement of 8m+336m+8m = 496m; The main line of Chunxiao Bridge is divided into upper and lower floors according to functions. The upper deck serves motor vehicles, with a total width of 33m (including arch ribs and maintenance lanes). The lower bridge serves the slow-moving system (non-motor vehicles and pedestrians) with a design width of 12m. The lower deck of the main bridge with a span of 18m can be moved to both sides (similar to sliding doors) through the longitudinal track suspended at the bottom of the upper deck beam to meet the navigation requirements of 5t-ton ships. When the lower deck is closed at ordinary times, the range of about 3m at the bottom of the beam meets the navigation clearance height of the yacht. Liuheng Highway Bridge Liuheng Highway Bridge project starts at the southwest of Liuheng Island, connects with Sungan Highway, crosses Lingang Industrial Park in the form of viaduct after setting up main toll station, and then crosses Shuangyumen Waterway at Huoshaoshanzui in Nan 'ao after leaving the industrial park. After setting piers in Shaoshan Mountain, the route is logged into Fodu Island, and after setting up Fodu Interchange and Parking Area in Fodu Bay, a super-large bridge is set to cross Qinglongmen Waterway. Then cross Meishan Free Trade Zone (with Meishan Interchange in the middle) in the form of a whole elevated way, and then set a super-large bridge to cross Meishan Port, cross the coastal midline from the eastern edge of Chunxiao Development Zone, enter Kunting and reserve Xiangshan Bay Shugang Expressway hub, and then the route extends northward. Route along the eastern slope toe of Dazhi Mountain, pass through the eastern side of Wujia, cross Li Jiacun, then set up a tunnel to cross Kunting Ridge, cross the east side of Jingxian County Road X83, cross the farmland on the west side of Hetou, and then reach Zhengyang Mountain. On the east side of Zisheng Mountain, it is connected with Ningbo Mountain-crossing Port-dredging Highway, with the terminal station TK31+17, and the total length of the route is 31.17km. The total length in Zhoushan is about 16.66km, and that in Ningbo is 14.51km；. The sea route is about 16km. This project adopts the highway standard construction with the design speed of 1km/h, with four lanes from the starting point to Meishan interchange and six lanes from Meishan interchange to the end point. Memorabilia On April 13th, 215, the project proposal of Ningbo Binhai Beach Phase I was approved by the Development Bureau of Meishan Bonded Port Area and officially approved. On December 28th, 215, Ningbo Binhai 1,-person Beach Project officially started the waterway. This project is located in Meishan Waterway, and there is a deep trough running through the waterway. The overall trend is that the deep trough on the north side is deeper and the deep trough on the south side is shallower. The elevation of the deep groove is-5. ~-12.6 m, and the width of the deep groove is about 3 m ~ 5 m below -5m, accounting for 48.7% of the whole waterway area. Although 5-ton ships can enter Meishan Bay, 5-ton seagoing ships have no cargo transportation demand in this area, and they are only strong typhoon shelter anchorage, and there is basically no navigation demand at ordinary times.
