Cheng Siyuan's former residence, Cheng Siyuan (1908—2005), was born in a peasant family in Liang 'an Village, Da Qiao Town, Binyang County. The former residences in the villages on both sides of the Straits, because the local government attaches great importance to them, have been repaired several times and basically retained their original appearance. The former residence is located on the back of a geomantic "tiger land", and there is a clear spring in front of it, which is endless and is a natural wonder spring. Further to the southeast, 100 meter is Cheng Siyuan's ancestral grave. This fief is surrounded by layers of rice fields. Only the ancestral graves protrude slightly. The ancients said that this place belongs to "Feifeng drinking water". Cheng Siyuan is famous not only for his lifelong efforts, but also for the good geographical location of his former residence and ancestral grave. The former residence is a typical peasant family in the south of the Yangtze River, which is divided into two halls, upper and lower, with a courtyard separating them. There is a gallery on each side of the well. The four houses are separated by two halls. The kitchen corridor is on the right side of the living room, and the layout is even and reasonable. Before entering the hall, the life story of Mr. Cheng Lao came into view. From numerous data and pictures, we can find his footprints of pursuing light and truth all his life. It's not fun. It's a good place to pay tribute to humility.
