Yao Yining, male, Han nationality, 1974 was born in Yongchun County, Fujian Province, and 1997 graduated from Beijing International Business School. He is a senior media person, journalist, writer and scholar. He is currently the Secretary-General of China International Art Research Association, the editor-in-chief of China Culture Newspaper, the president of China Yining Charity Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and an observer of China Heritage Network. Over the years, he has published thousands of articles and three books on culture in newspapers and periodicals at home and abroad. His works such as China Culture, Feng Shui in China, and Social Legal System have been well received. Yao Yining was awarded the honorary titles of "China Cultural Figure" and "National Advanced Individual Learning from Lei Feng".
