Antifreeze is a kind of coolant with special additives, which is mainly used in the cooling system of liquid-cooled engines. Antifreeze has excellent properties such as anti-freezing in winter, anti-boiling in summer, anti-pollution and anti-corrosion all year round. In addition to antifreeze, antifreeze also has the following advantages: anti-corrosion function: the engine and its cooling system are made of metals, including copper, iron, aluminum, steel and solder. These metals will be corroded and rusted when exposed to water at high temperature for a long time. Antifreeze not only won't corrode the engine cooling system, but also has the functions of corrosion prevention and rust removal.
Drain the old antifreeze, and then clean the liquid channel with clean water. Add clear water to the antifreeze replenishment tank, then inject clear water into the tank to make the clear water continuously flow through the engine cooling system, and then idle for 3 to 5 minutes to circulate water. The water that starts to flow out of the pitcher is a little pink. Continue to inject clean water until the water flows out clean. Be careful not to forget to remove the heating water pipe and clean the water in the heating water tank.
Filling new coolant should be done when the machine is cold. Fill the coolant to the highest mark "MAXT" in the storage tank, tighten the cover to start the engine, idle until the engine is at normal temperature, and then turn off the engine. When the body temperature drops, check that the liquid level of the water storage tank is kept at the "MAXT" position to be qualified, otherwise it will be replenished.
