If it is Taiqing or Yangkou scenic spot, you can charter a car to the gate of the scenic spot and need to buy a ticket.
Taiqing Scenic Area is located in the southeast of Laoshan Scenic Area, and it can be reached from Qingdao downtown along Liugan Road eastbound for 40 kilometers. The scenic spot is named after the famous temple Taiqing Palace.
The scenic spot is located under the Juzui Mountain, and the seven peaks of the Juzui Mountain surround this coastal valley from the northeast and west, forming a special geographical environment. The main peak of Juzui Mountain is called Laojun Peak, followed by Taoyuan Peak, Wanghaishan Peak and Donghua Peak on the left. On the right are "Chongyang Peak", "Taotao Bee" and "Hope Peak".
From the analysis of traditional geomantic omen, this is indeed a rare place for geomantic omen. Among the numerous Taoist temples in Laoshan, Taiqing Palace is the earliest recorded Taoist ancestral temple in Laoshan.
Taiqing Palace covers an area of 30,000 square meters with a building area of 2,500 square meters. The main body of the temple is divided into three parts: Sanguan Hall, Sanqing Hall and Sanhuang Hall. In addition, there are more than 150 rooms, such as Yueci, East-West Welcome Hall, Kundao Courtyard and other ancillary facilities.
Taiqing Palace has experienced a history of two years since its establishment, and it has been repaired in almost every dynasty and generation. Up to now, its architectural style has always retained the typical architectural style of Song Dynasty, which is rare in all religious buildings in China. Therefore, it can be said that Taiqing Scenic Area is a representative scenic spot that displays Taoist culture in Laoshan Scenic Area.
