Jia Zhu Courtyard is located in the former Shigang Farm in Shigang Community, Nanpeng Town, Banan District (now Nanpeng Street). Built in the fifth year of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (1866), it has a compound quadrangle structure, facing south, with three upper, middle and lower halls and two left and right quadrangles arranged on the central axis, with a construction area of 3,009.6 square meters and an area of 4,044.84 square meters.
The right corner of the upper hall is the mill, the mill and the kitchen in turn, which are used for life and production; There is a women's building around the front hall, except for the upper, middle and lower main halls. Other quadrangles have wings. The building is made of earth, stone and wood structure, bucket-type lifting frame, hard hilltop, small blue tile roof, bamboo mortar mixed with powder wall, wooden board flashing, well-being, long life, geometric lattice window flowers, wooden board doors, spacious eaves reaching any house, and underground drainage system on the second floor.
